The Flickinger team consists of Patrick and April, broker associates, who have been natives to the Chicago area for twenty-eight years combined and have a vast knowledge of all Chicago neighborhoods, as well as the Northwest, West, and Southwest suburbs of Chicago. From small individual business owners to large corporations, Patrick and April have provided high levels of sales and consulting experience for over eighteen years. Patrick and April, both perfectionists in everything they do, have received numerous awards in their respective industries due to their high levels of service and keen attention to detail. They provide the utmost customer service by ensuring their clients understand every part of the real estate process.

Patrick brings over eleven years of customer service and sales experience to his clients. Within these eleven years, Patrick has been able to build long term relationships with his clients based on his hard word and willingness to do whatever it takes to exceed his clients expectations.

April brings over seven years of sales experience and recently graduated from Loyola University Chicago with an MBA. Her background has helped provide their clients with a thorough needs analysis and marketing plans specific to the individual needs whether buying or selling real estate.

In their spare time, Patrick and April enjoy training for and running marathons, as well as playing as much golf as possible with the short golf season. In addition, both find enjoyment spending time with their two cats and dog.
